Drafted him as my # 1 QB yet i had to drop him (i have d.anderson and warner)to pick up someone who may actually get me points .

Amazing how so many highly projected players are flopping this season :excited:

Didn't he just have a good game? Why did you wait until now to drop the guy?
They cant field a competative team( Oline) , SJax ix hurt AGAIN as is Bulger (knee , shoulder)...they are winless and i dont need him(could`nt trade him as he was untradable)...my point is i drafted him in the 4th rd and got squat...santana moss is next to go if he doesnt show me something this week...time to start cutting the fat off.

How did he take it when you told him?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.....................
Well, at least you told us.
Well ya i guess i did...as a point of conversation about players picked very high who are SO under performing that they may end up on the waiver wire...just something to mention. Sorry to bore you bro`.

strange time to drop him...aside from the oline, their offense may be completely healthy after the bye, their schedule is filled with all the worst d's in the league, and he just had a bulger-like performance on sunday. the guys a yardage machine as long as he's healthy. he's a top 10 qb the rest of the way barring injury. maybe higher

One less decision i have to make every week..warner? Anderson? Bulger?....i am pissed i didnt get top QB value out of him but let someone else have that problem...i think the rams shut it down soon anyways and rest the stars for next year.

They are 0-8 with NO chance of doing anything that matters this season...maybe if everyone was healthy and bulger was`nt a sitting duck because the oline is the worst mess in the teams history..maybe THEN the starters MIGHT play all season...do you really believe that the owner of the rams is going to risk careers just to get his money`s worth out of his top guys???

7-9 or 8-8 can still win the NFC West.Yes, they are that bad.

They could`nt beat cleveland at home with all their players(well sjax for awhile at least) and you expect them to run the table ??? good luck with that

i dont see this happening. The rams dont have anyone on offense who are young with upside to play for the rest of the way, except maybe Hagans. The rams will prob try and get some chemistry with their offense for the next couple years.

I`m not as pissed as i am disapointed...that`s a fourth round pick wasted(i know nothings a sure thing, injuries, failed drug tests, yes i drafted t.henry and will have to drop his sorry ### also)...my whole point was top guys severly underachieving to this level...thats all i meant by this thread.

These guys are getting paid millions of dollars to do a job, and if they are healthy enough to do their job, they will be on the field. You don't call it a season just because you have been bitten hard by the injury bug. No matter what a teams record is, they don't sit their starters if they are healthy enough to play. Teams want to finish as strong as they can. Players don't want to sit either. They are competitive, and they do have pride. They also have ticket holders that are there to watch them play, not to sit on the bench if they are healthy.

is he supposed to sit on the bench for the rest of the year and just turn it on and be an all star next year when the Oline is healthy?

As i would normally agree with you on this point i think this is a little different,if you go to any rams fan sites they (the fans) are saying to save bulger and sjax for next year , draft some top line men and get pace back...basically start over next year. Also i want to point out i said that i thought the team would shut down the top guys (who are playing hurt) ''soon'' , not right now...if they are 0-10 i believe it will be time(if bulger lives that long).
