Sea hawk homers I need your help...With JJ back as the starter is Forsett going to be returning kicks/punts. My league gives points for return/punt yards.

Here's the depth chart. I think that Josh Wilson should continue to see action as the returner. Despite Forsett being the back-up to Jones, I'm not certain how much Mora wants to risk injury to Forsett given his role in the running game.

Wilson has had one KR since Week 7. I would think Obomanu and Rankin continue as KRers, Burleson as the PR.Mora's comments Friday did not identify the starting RB, but he did say he wanted to get Forsett more involved.

This is very intriguing. I don't recall Mora being so shy touting Julius Jones as the starter when he returned from injury. Would love to see a link to any coverage to get more context -- see if this is a case where the starting RB wasn't identified because it's assumed JJ is the starter, or whether Mora was avoiding stating who the starting RB was and signalling that Forsett would be more involved this weekend.

(RotoWire) Coach Jim Mora said Forsett will be featured more prominently in the game plan Sunday against the Texans, the Seattle Times reports. "Are we going to see more of Justin?," Mora said. "The answer is yes, absolutely."

Analysis: While Mora finally seems to be coming around to the prevailing notion that Forsett is more effective than Julius Jones, it's still not a clear-cut situation. "You'll see 'em both," Mora said, "and we like 'em both." Hopefully this results in more touches than the eight Forsett received last week.

(FFToolbox) Many fantasy owners have been upset lately -- and for most of the season -- over Seattle Seahawks head coach Jim Mora Jr.'s loyalty to running back Julius Jones. It's killing Justin Forsett's value even though he looks like the better running back of the two. Last week, Jones returned from a lung injury and got 20 carries to Forsett's five. But Mora said Friday that Forsett will "absolutely" be a more prominent part of the game plan this week. Mora even said that Forsett could start Sunday against the Houston Texans, although he said "It depends on what personnel group we're in." Forsett rushed for more than 120 yards in two of Seattle's final three games in November, but last week he carried only five times against San Francisco after suffering a quadriceps injury in practice two days before the game. Mora said Forsett practiced without limitation and is expected to be fine.

Analysis: Well, I guess this is a good news, bad news scenario. it's nice to hear that Forsett will get more carries but at best, this is looking like an even split between Jones and Forsett with Jones still likely to end up with more touches. Thus, it's hard to start Forsett in any league unless you are very desperate. I wouldn't even consider starting Jones in fantasy, no matter how many carries he gets. He is just so horrible. The loyalty toward him from Mora is one of the most bewildering things I've seen in the NFL this year.
