This ratio says it all:

43 pass attempts, 10 rushes

LJ - 9 carries

In a 10 point game or less throughout most of the game, can someone help me understand why Edwards decides to throw the ball at a 4 to 1 clip over rushing attempts? Is he saving LJ for the second half of the season? Does he understand that sometimes you need to keep running to get your RB in a rhythm?

LJ has been a bust this year, but I blame Herm more than I do Johnson

LJ's schedule lightens up now.. Most knew these first 5 weeks were going to be hell.. I am trying to get him in 1 league.. Serious buy low candidate here.

As a KC homer, and someone who watches every single game, I wonder the same thing. The play calling and game mgmt have been atrocious this year. I dont understand it. How can a RB get into any rythym only carring the ball 9 times in one game? I am so pi**** off at Herm and Solari for this. My assumption is that they are trying to "surprise" defenses with the pass, which is all fine, but you CANNOT abondon the run when you have a top 5 RB in the NFL.. King Carl needs to be fired for hiring Herm and not bringin in an OC (instead he promotes Solari).
