One keeper league, serpentine draft , I’m picking 8. Draft cost is -3 spots from draft so 8th round costs a 5th and round 1-4 cost a first pick.

Debating between keeping Bijan at first pick in the 8th spot or Ladd McConnell - costing a 7th round.

Ladd is great value in the seventh but Bijan at 8 in a normal serpentine draft would be a steal.

Any thoughts how I should line this up to decide?

I think I'd go with Ladd. Getting a late 2nd round guy in the 7th is nice. I wouldn't blame you for holding Bijan, but also think you could get someone like a D Henry there and do quite well.

What are the top 8 players available for the draft? If you don't like those guys just keep Bijan.
