Keeper Ajayi or Non-keeper Bell (1 Viewer)

I'm considering a trade that would send Jay Ajayi, who is a keeper and can be kept forever, for the number one pick in the draft.  There are some other parts to the trade.  But the bottom line is in a one point ppr league, I would be giving up Ajayi forever to get Leveon Bell, who will not be keeper eligible.  

Would you make this trade or is the upgrade from Ajayi to Bell not enough to give up too much.  There is definitely more risk with Ajayi.

I need more info to be able to answer this properly.  How many keepers do each team get?  Obviously there are some restrictions to keepers since Bell would not be able to be kept.  What are these restrictions?  

If you can only keep one player then I would for sure give up Ajayi for Bell.  I wouldn't be worried about longevity with only one keeper.  It's basically a redraft and I want the best player I can get and I will worry about my one keeper going into each year. 

If there are more than one keeper then what other keepers do you have?  How long can you keep them?  What is the cost to keep them?  What are the starting requirements?  If you get Bell who would you keep in place of Ajayi?
