What does keeping less players do for you? Just save money?
How many OF's do you start?
Without knowing anything else I would lean keeping Nolan Jones, Julio Rodriguez and one of Soto/Yordan (maybe both if those prices are reasonable for OF's and you play 4 or 5

William Contreras seems like a value for sure.
Decide if you can get those stats elsewhere from the big bats or pitchers... Steak analogy It's OK to spend extra for nice cut of meat that's well marbled. Wagyu costs more etc but is well worth it. You can pay a lot of "cheaper" steaks that aren't as nice. Just don't burn your Wagyu steaks when you're preparing them. Ideally you have a larger margin of error some of these studs. Just try not to over invest in 1 player. They can wind up on 10-IL for Hurt Feelings these days and it lasts for 60+. I think you've got some really good ones to choose from. I don't know if there are comparison players out there that might hit as well as Soto, Yordan etc. Will James Wood, Wyatt Langford be better next year in OF for a much cheaper price? Decide if you want 1-2 of the price players or 1 Batter 1 pitcher etc. IF an injury happens you can still probably recover . Specifically... though. My knowledge is limited to Contreras in this situation. I believe he bats DH when he's not catching and he's among top Catchers in the league. His Stat Cast metrics are among the best. Good luck
