Here's the way we do our keepers:

2 keepers for 2 years at auction purchase price

2 keepers for 1 year at auction purchase price

2 restricted players (they go back into the auction, but you can match their final bid price and keep them if you want).

23 roster spots, $260 cap, 5x5 roto

My options:

Hanley Ramirez - $25

BJ Upton - $5

Eric Byrnes - $3

Carl Crawford - $35

Victor Martinez - $14

Rich Hill - $5

Restricted options:

David Ortiz

Matt Holiday

Johan Santana

Current keepers (my 2 year keepers from the year before):

Ryan Howard ($16)

Travis Hafner ($16)

Plan to keep: Hanley ($25 - 2 years), Upton ($5 - 2 years), Byrnes ($3 - 1 year), and I'm torn on the last spot...do I go Crawford ($35) or VMart ($14)?

Also, not sure who to restrict. We start C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, OF, OF, OF, UTIL, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P...

If I had to name them now, I'd probably restrict Crawford/Holiday and throw back Ortiz/Santana (and keep VMart).
