10 team ppr 1st year for keepers first 2 rounds, choose 2... Gibson  Waller,Ridley, Hopkins, Lamar J, Herbert. Or Dak. I'm leaning Gibson and Waller.

I assume you mean that your keepers count as your first two picks.  I assume that means if you keep zero or one that you get a 1st round pick or 2nd round pick.  

I assume this is a 1 QB league and if that is the case the QB's are not an option.  So that brings it to Gibson, Waller, Ridley, & Hopkins.  Based on that I go with Gibson and Hopkins
