10 team league that keeps 4 players. 1qb 2rb 3wr 1te d k. .5 ppr keepers point total from last year determine the draft order. I am keeping lamb, tyreke and olave for sure. Have to choose from one of the following 3. Kelce, LaPorta and James cook. Who do you got?

Laporta BUT with a 4 person keeper you may be forced into Cook if there are no other RBs draftable early. You will probably be able to get another TE in a 10 team league but those RBs are gonna be gone.

I'm with you here. I lean LaPorta but if a lot of the top RBs will be gone I might go Cook to ensure I have one starting RB. Look at other rosters and try to determine how many RBs will be available.

If you don't keep LaPorta and Kelce that means at least 2 top TEs will be back in the mix and not too many would keep TEs going in rounds 5+. From my experience most people try to keep players in the top 4-5 rounds as their keepers so that would mean a lot of TEs go back into the mix.

Having said that expect Kelce and LaPorta to be taken with the first couple picks in the draft. Cook would also be taken early. All depends on your comfort level going into round 5 of a draft with no RBs and seeing what is left. It can be pretty gross.

Here is a suggestion - go into some mock drafts and go your first 4 rounds with 3 WRs and a TE. ensure you get Kelce or LaPorta (for this exercise it doesn't matter). Then try to build your team out from there and see if you like it. Also know that RBs will probably go hot and heavy in round 5-6 with what is left in your draft.

I'm not sure I would keep Olave. I would probably keep LaPorta and Cook instead. You already have the top 2 WR's in the league. You would then have the top TE and a borderline RB1. Finding a 3rd WR would be easier than filling the other slots, IMO. Especially with Olave having to deal with middling QB play in a declining offense. This all is predicated on the fact that RB depth is probably incredibly shallow.
