I've held onto him hoping that situation becomes more clear before the season begins. I imagine he'll be boom or bust at best, couple big games but anyone's guess which ones they turn out to be.
My guess, they'll give snaps to Jennings during the season. Parker and Stills are both dinged so it's hard to say which of those two will get more targets. I'm not high on the Dolphins offense. People are expecting big things from Tannehill but I've never been that impressed. I don't see him supporting multiple receivers as fantasy options. Wallace was actually decent last year with 10 touchdowns but I don't see Stills or Parker being as good as Wallace was last year, down on him as people seem to be.

Stills could end up being their #1 this season. Hard to say. He's underrated, but certainly talented enough. Can't expect much from Parker his rookie season & Landry, while a very good receiver, isn't real dynamic.
Longterm, it depends on how Parker develops. I doubt this offense can support more than 1 stud WR unless Tannehill takes a big step. One of these guys could emerge as a longterm stud, but it's uncertain who that could be right now.
