I haven't seen much talk about Kevin Jones, it looks like he might play this week vs the Eagles. Can anyone gimme any insight if he's going to get many carries and such?

I heard from either Yahoo, MFL, or from the local newspapers (forget which one) that the Lions are planning on getting KJ in there for 15 to 20 snaps against the Eagles. Not somebody I would want to start right away unless you're REALLY hurting at RB.

I'll add that some reports have said the team is "amazed" with his recovery schedule and his workload will be determined by how much he can handle. The estimate was 15-20 snaps, as reported earlier in this thread. He's just probable this week, so it looks like he'll see action barring a setback.

Also, I believe they said Jones is from Philly, so this would be a nice homecoming of sorts.
