With Bell not really distinguishing himself this past season and Fox performing well in his limited starts, does Fox get the spot in 07? Also, even if he does, what kind of numbers do you think he will put up as KC has run the left LB / right LB alignment with no strong or weak alignment changes?

I have him in a dynasty league and am wondering if he is worth a contract renegotiation bump. He is rostered at $250K but will jump to a mid level contract of about $1.2MM if I keep him. I don't need him to start for me and think he is an "up and comer" but want some more opinions from the Sharks.

I don't know the answer but I am taking the gamble. Bell is certainly not wrth the coin they are paying him.

He's worth a look. He made most of his plays downfield when his stats were up, then looked average when D. Johnson returned (they played together about 60-70%). He doesn't keep his feet under him when he plays and is really just average, although he is versatile. Not much upside unless Johnson goes down.
