I just wanted to set up a place to discuss and keep updated kickers, injuries, and competitions.

Shayne Graham signed with Dallas today. Is Buehler on his way out the door??

They got more PK in town than enough. Buehler, Bailey, Forbath and now Graham who sucked with Washington. Maybe they think they can extract some informationAnd I love having information as my home league has emphasis on PK more than any other league I have been in as we start 11 O players and can start up to 2. 6 pts per TD, .5 PPR and .5 per 10 while PK gets 4 pts for 40 yards and 4.5 for 45. A good PK scores about the same as a #2 RB or WR for 16 team lague

Ok so this is an old thread, but the subject is good - getting the most out of the kicker position for the playoffs. (ETA: I love Mr. Herman's blog & thread but there's a lot of stuff in there, this is about adding kickers with good schedules and matchups who can help put points on the board for your team.).

Fun fact - Carolina gives up the most FF points to kickers.

This week: Kai Forbath faces the Panthers.

Last year, Graham Gano helped me win my championship with a 17 point outing. I picked him up for the first time just for that game, vs the Vikes who were giving up something like the most or 2nd most points vs kickers.

Just saying, cover your bases.

Week 16 at NYJ (allows 9.0 points per game to Ks)

Not bad, though I don't know if I like any kicker in New York in late December.

Blair Walsh Schedule 14-17

14 - Home vs. Chi (Dome)

15 - @ STL (Dome)

16 - @ Hou (Can be dome, otherwise good weather)

17 - Home vs. GB (Dome)

Connor Barth Schedule

13 @Den (thin air)

14 Phi

15 @NO (Dome)

16 StL

17 @Atl (Dome)

I assume that TB is at least decent to kick in during December?

Whatever happened to Neil Rackers?
Not really sure. Rackers was beat out by Cundiff and then Cundiff choked and then the Skins cut Cundiff after a kicker tryout but did not invite Rackers. Forbath won the tryout and he's been perfect in 2 games since I believe (though he missed an XP on Sunday).

Just read that Rackers and Cundiff tried out for the Pats yesterday. The Pats also took a look at Graham Gano.
