Henry - I'm betting he has at least 1 more monster season in him. 6 straight seasons in double-digit TD's, and going for his 7th in 2024. Only LaDainian Tomlinson and Adrian Peterson can say the same. I have him firmly in the lead of this 4-RB race.
Henry — see post 2. My main hesitation with him isn’t the age, it’s his OL and lack of pass catching. In week 7 when you have to face him and he goes for 135 /2 you’ll be feeling pretty silly.
Pacheco— bellcow role on a great offense. Inefficient style but in full ppr, might be the get.
Kyren- Highest upside. Floor is the basement. This punt return business is troubling.
Etienne—safe option but usage will come down. He wore down last year and is slated for a reduction in role. Maybe. Probably.
Pacheco: Bell cow on a great offense with passing down opportunities. No more McKinnon. Maybe UDFA Carson Steele cuts into his touches late in season. I don't see CEH as a threat.
ETN: Job is secure. Not the most efficient, but is the go to guy. Offense should be better all around.
Kyren: I am not worried about the punt return, he did this some last year too. I am a little worried about Corum however which puts him here. If Darrell Henderson was still his backup he would be #1 on this list for me. Love what the Rams do on offense.
Henry: Age, Lamar taking some carries, Keaton Mitchell back from PUP in week 5, Tough division and tough schedule. Teams will make Lamar prove he can beat them in the air and not with Lamar or Henry's legs.
Best player out of these options to me is clearly ETN.
Changes for ETN are not much. Going into his 3rd season. (Rookie season lost to injury) may still be improving.
Williams also a younger player who may still be improving. Higher risk of injury from excessive workload. He missed 5 games last season. Advocates of PPG over season long stats might prefer him for this reason but it will be hard to replace him if injured and get the same performance. Is the sum of these parts equal to what ETN can do on his own?
Henry should do well with the Ravens but there are a lot of changes to the Ravens offensive line and Lamar may take TD opportunities that are important to Henry who won't likely catch as many passes as ETN or Williams.
Pacheco is on the best offense but despite that he hasn't outscored any of these other RB.
Henry by a mile out of those 3, I can see taking him after CMC, Robinson and Hall.
ETN is so underrated; he should be equal to Gibbs, Taylor and Barkley tier but most have him under those guys
The KC offense will still run through Mahones and Kelce, Pacheco just eats the leftovers but is still worthy of a 2nd round pick
Williams I see falling into 3rd or even 4th rounds now
