Last Day Keeper Question (2 Viewers)

We keep 6 and 1 rookie in a 5 year old CBS keeper league.

Utley was my 1st round pick 5 years ago, is it time to

let him go, seeing how I have Kinsler, and maybe for

the 1st time keep a SP like Hanson or Kershaw?

Yes, I'd toss Utley back.......Kinsler will be the better player this year, and for years to come

FWIW, he went in the seventh round of a similar style league that is filled with Phillies fans.

FWIW, I'm in an 11-player keeper and I'm 90% sure I'm letting him go. My last 2 keepers that I'll keep instead of him will be some combo of Delmon Young, Brett Anderson, and Ike Davis. I've also got Kinsler.

If I thought my team could win it all this year, I'd probably keep him. But I don't think I can.

I have a difficult time imagining him being a huge help this year or someone I'd be excited about keeping as a 33-year old coming off surgery that'll probably still have a bad knee (or worse, a 33-year old who fought through it the previous season and is about to miss a season to have the inevitable surgery).

I'm probably overreacting, but I'm intent on getting younger.
