Last Minute Keeper Ads? (1 Viewer)

For anybody that plays in short keeper leagues, name off some guys that you think will be available that may end up being worthy of being kept next year? Every year there are guys that are brought into better situations (Tate, Gerhart) and their draft stock soars. If you're in a keeper league and have until next year to make a decision on your keeper(s), it might make sense to drop some dead weight now and pick up some guys that you think could be much more valuable next year.

I'll list a few that I think could have the chance of being significant next year and are probably not owned in redraft:

Christine Michael: Not sure he is the answer there, but if they don't draft a big name RB early then he has a good shot at being the main guy

Bryce Brown: Spiller is probably gone. FJax is still there, but that wall has to be coming up on him at some point.

Charles Sims: Martin could be somewhere else and they would like Sims to be the guy. The team is in disarray right now but if they can get things patched up then Sims could be pretty valuable.

Cody Latimer: Demaryius, Julius and Welker are all going to be FA's. Latimer will have his opportunity next year and most draft analysts had him ranked pretty high amongst the others in this ridiculous WR class.

Carlos Hyde if avail would be the one guy I would look to add. Could be a legit rb1 next year. I like Turbin over Michael and don't really see much from Brown/sims to get excited. I would think a young WR like Davante Adams (should cobb leave) would be worth a hold to see what happens this offseason. MOncreif would be another.

moncrief is a good one, especially since wayne will likely retire

I'm a fan of Michael next year. I'm less crazy on Sims, as a Bucs fan he hasn't looked very good. He's looked like the player he was in college: great hands, fast in the open field, but goes down really easy and lacks "wiggle". I'd rank guys like Michael, Hyde, etc. clearly ahead of him.

I'm a fan of Davante Adams, especially if Cobb leaves next year. Nelson has had an injury history, you could do worse. I'll also throw out a couple longshot guys I'm holding for next year in Randle and Carey. Both are high upside backups, if there is any injury to Murray/Forte or they let Murray walk they could have real value. Of course, depends on how you're keepers work.

I'm stashing Carlos Hyde, Davante Adams, Moncrief, and Knowshon (IR)

I'm not particularly high on Knowshon next year, but he looked pretty decent in his brief stint with the Dolphins and he's sitting in my IR roster spot.
