Has anyone done an update lately?

I did one over the weekend and got a wierd checkmark at the top stating that uunified eula was running. Every since then, my battery life has been insanely good. I'm talking like at least 10 times better. It's wierd. What the he'll did or is it doing?

I have an LG2.

Well since the last update my battery won't make it the entire day. I did a factory re-set and it's better, but not like before.

You probably got upgraded to Kitkat 4.4.2. Kitkat also enables switching from using the old Dalvik runtime to ART which also improves performance and further lowers battery consumption. But neither would explain quite 10x improvement.

Yeah, I don't get it. And my battery icon is now white when it was a light blue color.

I think "unified EULA" is an LG specific thing. Probably an update with some battery enhancements or fix for something that was bad for your battery.

White battery icon is just a kitkat thing. Never heard of EULA, but if it improves battery life I'm interested.

Since updating to KitKat my battery life has gone down big time. I always have a rule to not to update for at least a few months to see if others are having issues, but did not do this this time.
