I'm our league commish (CBS Sportsline) and am looking to add some rules to allow owners to place players on IR. I know CBS Sportsline has this feature, but figure that a few additional rules would be necessary.
1) Player must be listed on NFL.com as being OUT.
2) IR moves may take place anytime and do not affect waiver wire order. (Our order does not reset each week.)
3) No IR moves on the day of the game.
4) The player who is moved to IR must be replaced by another at the same position.
5) When the original player comes off IR, the owner must drop the replacement, who then goes back into the Free Agent pool.
6) Placing a player on IR will cost the owner a few bucks.
7) The owner will also have to cough up $$ for not placing the replacement back into free agency pool right away.
Am I missing anything?
