I'm annoyed by the randomness that is fantasy kickers. An obvious option is to remove kickers from your league, but I think I'd have an easier time selling it to my league if instead I adjusted their scoring. I'm thinking about 1 point for extra points and 3 points for field goals, period (no bonuses for long field goals, etc.). I'm also thinking about just 1 point for any extra point or field goal. Anyone have any suggestions?

create negative points for misses:50+ = -140+ = -230+ = -320+ = -417-19: -5extra point miss = -7That will make your PK scoring a little less random and add greater value to those kickers with legit talent.

That would reduce the scoring overall, but raise the randomness.

You may need to take a closer look at the definition of the word 'Random'I'm totally with the OP...Kickers are garbage, I'd do away with them in every one of my leagues but few managers would be on board. I removed all bonus scoring this season, so it's a hard 3 points for a FG and 1pt for an extra point...that helps a little bit.

That would reduce the scoring overall, but raise the randomness.

It would add value to kickers who actually make field goals, rather than primarily rewarding those who attempt field goals, as we mostly do now. Hence less random.
