Myfantasyleague is the consensus here (and for good reason). But if you'd like to check out an alternative, take a look at AllStarStats. It's not quite as customizable as Myfantasyleague, but the interface is more user friendly and personally, I prefer it. If you've played roto-baseball before, it was designed for it. The default contract setups, etc. are done in roto-baseball format.
One negative, AllStarStats is more expensive ($129), but when it's split among 12 or more guys, I find this to be a non-issue. I'd rather pay $5 more per guy and have the site I prefer.
This said, you can't go wrong with Myfantasyleague. Good pricing and easily the most customizable site I've used.
