Costs nothing to use.
Pay your league entry fee as assigned. I think there's a 3% processing fee for payments. Select dispursement by 'League Majority Vote' and not 'Commissioner Dispursement' or 'League Unanimous Vote'. The latter of which can take several months to get everyone to vote on to allocate funds. Pain in the ###.
No downside to it IMO. I won't participate in any money leagues w/o it.
