Leinart will be winning some games in the coming weeks. (1 Viewer)

Yea Grossman stunk. Yea the Bears offensive game plan stunk. But Leinart is what made the whole thing possible. I am now officially a fan. @ Oakland...win, @ Green Bay...win, Dallas...lose, Detroit...win.

But the best thing is his numbers should be great all the way. Think Dan Marino's rookie year.

Arizona I'm sure is really down right now. But in the days ahead they will see the positives of this game and I look for them to upset some of the tough teams they play late in the year.

I initially wasn't a believer, but I am now. He looks really good in the pocket and is more mobile than I thought. He did everything necessary to get the win. The fumble wasn't even his fault. His tackle missed his block and he got blindsided.

Leinart is going to be a stud, but if James isn't going o run, don't expect the Cards to win many..

I will give them Oakland, but Green Bay, Dallas, and Detroit may beat Arizona.

I think this is the kind of loss that ruins good franchises, and the Cardinals are a crappy franchise. This might be just what the Raiders needed. How much faith do you have in Denny Green getting those guys to come around in time to compete next week? I have basically none. There's little doubt he's gone after another losing campaign in 2006. I don't see them winning any of the next four games.Maybe I'm wrong, but this loss was devastating. I don't think the Arizona Cardinals have the character to overcome it.

If they play any other team in the NFL this may be true, but the Raiders have just been God awful and are a team in more turmoil then Arizona even after this loss.

The Raiders weren't that bad against the Broncos in Denver. They had turnovers but the game wasn't embarrassing or heart-breaking. Denver had a conservative gameplan, but Oakland didn't choke away the game. The game is in Oakland? I think the Cards are going to have a huge hangover. I wouldn't take them in a suicide pool, but this looks good for the Raiders. I agree that they're an embarrassment, but this loss is the worst since the Bills beat the Oilers in the playoffs. The Cardinals will never, ever feel like a game is in hand...no matter what the score. They'll always be afraid of losing. That alone will keep teams in games.
