Did I see what I thought I saw? Did Lendale actually kick the ref in the leg? If so, Fisher and the league will come down HARD.
he did not kick the ref...white was in after this penalty.Just checked NFL.com play by play, and he didn't get a carry after this:
3-4-CIN 412) (Shotgun) 10-V.Young pass short right to 25-L.White to CIN 5 for -1 yards (24-D.O'Neal; 57-Dh.Jones). Penalty on CIN-26-M.White, Personal Foul, offsetting. Penalty on TEN-25-L.White, Personal Foul, offsetting.
It sure looked to me like he kicked the ref in the leg and got the instant flag. TN homers?
Sounds more likely, as he would have been ejected for sure. It was hard to tell, as it was right at the feet of the ref. Even so, no doubt he is in Fisher's doghouse.Lendale kicked the a Bengal player, not the referee.
We must now ponder:As an organization, Cincinnati has been ridiculed for its players actions on and off the field. Now, Tennessee, as an entire organization, should be looked at in the same likeness. After all, they do currently employ Albert Haynesworth, PacMan Jones, LenDale White, Chris Henry. On the lighter side, both organizations are eerily similar in that they both employ guys named Chris Henry, both of whom have faced suspensions this year.
dude...RB Chris Henry was suspended for taking Adderol (sp?) for his ADHD....Lendale kicked a player off of him after a late hit....I wouldn't jump to say that the TITANS are on the same field (arrest and behavior wise) as the Bengals. On a side note...the Titans made the Bengals look like the Pats today. Really bad football by Tennessee. Now, Tennessee, as an entire organization, should be looked at in the same likeness. It seems you forgot to mention Pac Man and Haynesworth in your reply. I think they give the Bengals a run for their money.dude...RB Chris Henry was suspended for taking Adderol (sp?) for his ADHD....Lendale kicked a player off of him after a late hit....I wouldn't jump to say that the TITANS are on the same field (arrest and behavior wise) as the Bengals. On a side note...the Titans made the Bengals look like the Pats today. I think it is the Homer goggles.I don't see the Minnesota Vikings, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, or Arizona Cardinals, for that matter, filling up the police report's or commissioner's desk for stupid, intolerable acts.I do not mean any harm... but Haynesworth got off easy for cleating Gurode in the face... Oh and here is more on Haynesworth:It seems you forgot to mention Pac Man and Haynesworth in your reply. So I guess it is okay for Henry to take a banned substance? It is okay to kick players now? Why aren't you in defense of PacMan Jones either?Just face it... YOUR tennessee titans haven't had a very good recent history when it comes to good behavior, look at Vince Young for example. I didn't even mention him because that isn't on the level.I bet you made a big deal when Marcus Vick kicked Elvis Dumervil in college, but its okay if LenDale White is doing it?I am all for a great conversation on this topic, but don't bring a cheap bag of stale chips, bring a Porterhouse!Haynesworth played college football in the University of Tennessee. He has a history of issues with his temper. While a sophomore at Tennessee, he fought with a teammate and left practice, returning with a long pole looking for tackle Will Ofenheusle before coach Phillip Fulmer stopped him. He was suspended for a half of a game. Another incident occurred at a Titans training camp, where he kicked his teammate, center Justin Hartwig, in the chest, and had to be restrained by other teammates.[1]Arrest warrants were issued against Haynesworth in two Tennessee counties in May of 2006 stemming from a traffic incident on Interstate 40. Both sets of charges were dropped in June of 2006. The Judge in the Putnam county case tossed the charges on the grounds that the alleged offense happened out of their jurisdiction. In Smith county, the district attorney dismissed the charges.
Titans are surely no choir boys. How do the number of arrests compare? I really don't know.JWe must now ponder:As an organization, Cincinnati has been ridiculed for its players actions on and off the field. Now, Tennessee, as an entire organization, should be looked at in the same likeness. Definitely didn't kick the ref, at least not directly. It was still pretty stupid to retaliate right in front of the ref though.here is a clip for everyone who didnt get to see it

Chris Henry? You are going to bring up a guy who got busted taking a pill for ADD?MaddHatter said:We must now ponder:As an organization, Cincinnati has been ridiculed for its players actions on and off the field. Now, Tennessee, as an entire organization, should be looked at in the same likeness. Not really. The Haynesworth thing and PacMan thing received their fair amount of bad press....and league suspensions. But how many Bengals players have been arrested? And Chris Henry (RB)...again...just dumb even bringing that up.And Lendale reacted to a personal foul...yeah, that has never happened on the field before.MaddHatter said:We must now ponder:As an organization, Cincinnati has been ridiculed for its players actions on and off the field. Now, Tennessee, as an entire organization, should be looked at in the same likeness. He did not bring up Jones and Haynesworth because nobody is trying to defend that. And Haynesworth got his penalty...paid the price...and has come back and been a model citizen (as he is in the community) and been a beast on the field. What Lendale did is nowhere near to what Vick did.Nice try...but you did not want great conversation when this part of the topic came up...sorry, that comparison was weak to even list Henry and White in this.I think it is the Homer goggles.I don't see the Minnesota Vikings, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, or Arizona Cardinals, for that matter, filling up the police report's or commissioner's desk for stupid, intolerable acts.I do not mean any harm... but Haynesworth got off easy for cleating Gurode in the face... thanks for the clip. After watching it I have to say it seems like no big deal to me. Looked more like a push bump than anything. I was expecting Lendale to be going off on him. I dont think that "thug" comment was warranted either. How about the guy making the late Hit? thats more of a thug move.here is a clip for everyone who didnt get to see it

Fisher should be most pissed about the way White jerked his arm away from him.captbly said:thanks for the clip. After watching it I have to say it seems like no big deal to me. I didn't know Jeff Fisher was Lendale's father?Players get upset...it happens. I doubt Fish will get to fired up about that, but will probably talk to Lendale (like he would any other young player) about keeping his cool...especially when the team is in the redzone.Fisher should be most pissed about the way White jerked his arm away from him.captbly said:thanks for the clip. Thanks for the actionable information. This is extremely helpful.Aniways you still have another 5 weeks of seeing this guy as your starting RB ( He is worthless ) and next season they will probably give the ball to Henry ( He looked good in the minimal time he got on the field )
