This has been a real concern that we would reach a point where there can just be swarms of small robots with the capability to kill. Defenses against such a thing are just about impossible for a normal person. We're hitting a point of technology that could be frighteningly easy for a few to impose their will on the rest.

How long are these things operational before they run out of power? When they run out of power what happens to their explosive charge? If captured out of power can they be reprogramed and repowered?
I think that was the gist at the end of the clip - the technology exists, its not quite there on a miniaturized scale, but probably not far off.
