I guess I don't need much in the way of boxers to be comfortable.  Just give me some room and keep my junk covered and I'm good.  I probably haven't spent $240 on underwear in my entire life

I use to buy the 3 pack of cotton boxers at whatever store I was in. They work ... until you wash them a few times and your junk falls out the leg hole. Or they ride up your ###.

... but the thread title is "premium" underwear. Unless you've tried them, you wouldn't understand.

and you have no idea what your missing.

How are Me Undies? Bill Simmons was doing some advertising for them.

Though, at first, I thought he was saying "Mandies" (short for man Undies). I was pretty disappointed in the real name once I figured out what he was saying.

Lands End USED to have the best, most durable dress sox out there.  They were wool, comfortable, not "see-through" and lasted years.  They changed them and they sucked balls - were more "see-through" in spots and didn't last but a couple of months before wearing thin.  I used the free replacement policy for about 4-5 years while begging customer service contacts to put a message through to product management about the giant drop in quality.  I must have gotten upwards of 100 pairs of sox over that time (8 pairs each time).  But I didn't care much for them and would have much preferred to have bought the old ones once or twice.

When Sears bought them and really started to get into their business after a while they sent me a check for the purchase price of the sox (from years before) and basically said don't call us anymore - :D .

Their t shirts are still pretty good though.

WTF is up with no fly and button fly briefs?  Mrs Eephus bought me some drawers recently and none of them have what I'd consider a normal fly.

Most have no hole so I have to pull the waistband down.  What's worse are some Penguin brand one with two small buttons.  So if I'm wearing button fly jeans I have to unbutton my pants and then two more little buttons before I conduct my business.  The post-business process takes even longer and if in a public place, makes me seem like I'm lingering at the urinal a bit too long.

I've been wearing briefs my whole life and never really had a problem with the ol' five hole.  Who can I contact to file a complaint?

Taxiing on the runway leaving SLC - didn't have a chance to hit up the special underwear store though.

Special underwear store in SLC?  Tell me more--I go through SLC several times per year.
Right across from the Temple give or take a block... probably a part of the City Creek mall, but facing onto S. Temple with an outside entrance.  Unfortunately it was closed when I walked by.

Oh, Mormon special underwear.

PM @squistion

Haven't tried them but there are made of modal and I've had CKs made with same material and I like it. Price looks ok for meundies and a lot of codes for a discount on first order
I wear them every day. Love them.

Holding up well after a year. Can't say the same for my junk.

I see there's been no mention of Mossimo boxer briefs.  So here I am, mentioning it.  Mossimo boxer briefs.  At Target.

Mossimo.  Boxer briefs.  At Target.  Mossimo.  Boxer.  Briefs.

Okay, per this thread I got two pairs of Ex-O boxer briefs in 2014.  They're still going strong and are my best underwear.

I bought two more pairs in 2016 and the elastic went slack in about three wearing/washing cycles.  They suck - I get out of bed and my crack is showing.

I just wrote to Ex-O to find out if I have flawed underwear or if their design has changed.

Archy are great. They seem to wear well and are cumfey. Plus they are cheaper than Ex-O.  Never understood the love for Ex-O, they pill easily and are too expensive.

Thanks for the link just bought 2 sets!

The second review on those is funny.

Would be interested in the feedback you get from them.

I'm guessing via the magic of physics, the elastic was simply unable to contain your fatness any longer.  But that's just a thought.

Tick, I got mine in yesterday. I'm at the gym right now with them on. Just finished cardio. They did not creep up on my legs at all. Very comfortable, big franks and beans pocket in front so junk is happy. Cheaper and more comfortable than my Ex-O undies. Pull trigger.

I bought these David Archy boxer briefs and have put them through some trials over the past month, and can compare them to Ex-Officios and Duluths.

  • For office work, they're very soft, do a good job of keeping my stuff from sticking to my junk, and are probably my favorite underwear.
  • They can't be worn two days in a row without showering without letting me get stinky (Ex-Os and Duluths can).
  • They didn't keep me from getting sweaty as long as Ex-Os and Duluths while playing soccer.
  • I feel weird in just them - the ball bag feels very conspicuous to me.  I feel like I can get up in the middle of the night and help a kid with a problem in my Ex-Os, but not in the Archys
  • They're inexpensive compared to the others - roughly half the price.

There were some confusing, contradictory parts to their return process.  On one page, it both told me that all Amazon purchases have to go through Amazon, and that Amazon purchases didn't need a receipt to get replaced by Ex-O.  I called and straightened it out.  It looks like I forgot to include my return address, so they called me yesterday and asked.  Two replacement pairs are in the mail.
