Let's Talk Penn State Football (2 Viewers)

what a terrible throw

Everything isn't a fastball
Exactly what was politely expressed in my household.
He drives me nuts...states down WRs, throws without any touch, seems like a spoiled brat...
I really go back and forth on Hack.

He had his choice to go anywhere in the country, but settled on Penn State. He was recruited by an NFL coach who ran a pro-style offense and the success showed in Hack's Freshman year. Then, BOB bolted and Franklin took over. I like Franklin, but he's a college coach. He also has a completely different offensive philosophy, and I'm wondering how Hack fits into that scheme. He's also been forced to play behind a patchwork O-Line this year. Hack may be the victim of circumstance.

On the other hand, I've seen everything that you mentioned, too.

And I completely agree with you. I see what you see on the good side. I just don't think Hack and Franklin are a good mix. I would not be shocked at all of he transferred after this season, unless he thinks another mediocre season will not hurt his draft stock.

The only downside to transferri.g is having to sit out a year and delaying his advancement to the NFL. They say that the NFL scouts already see his potential, despite his situation.

If he does decide to transfer, I don't blame him. You're right, he and Franklin appappear to not be a good mix.

Let's list the QBs that have shown improvement during their stint at PSU over the last zillion years:

Collins

McGloin

:crickets:

Well, I guess we know what that whole season of WR screens was setting up. ;)

Wwwaaaahhhhooooo!!!!!

WE ARE!!!
