Let's Talk Penn State Football (2 Viewers)

Was this even a big game? It was homecoming for Christs sake. Against an unranked team. This was supposed to be a smash em game after losing again to OSU.

Franklin is done for me.
Yeah, you have a point. I was counting Homecoming, a "revenge" game, division game, and coming off a heartbreaking lose as a big game. It really wasnt, I guess.

Currently sitting 5th in the division. Just ahead of Indiana and Rutgers. Only better than Minnesota and Nebraska in all the B1G.

Indiana next week.  We'll hang 60, because Franklin will throw the ball until late in the fourth quarter while jumping up and down on the sideline.

Then we'll lose to Michigan and Wisconsin and back into some mid-to-high tier bowl that we don't deserve, because we "travel well".

Look for me to me completely contradict this this next week, though, because I'm a little drunk and certainly bitter right now.

Back to the days of 8-4 and the Carquest Bowl

Don't forget coming off an idle week.

Tough game to sit through.  What a clunker.  Trace was off his game, and as he goes we go.

Also some of the most one-sided officiating I’ve ever seen, especially for a home game.

This was the first time I’ve seen the team regress in a while. Inexplicable effort and loss.

That said, WE (still) ARE...

Didn't the same thing happen last year?  Where they had a golden opportunity to move up after a bunch of upsets the week they lost to MSU?

Worst game the offense has played collectively in a few years. Trace was off the mark and the WRs outside of Hamler are utter trash. Johnson didn't even try to fight for the jump ball in the end zone.

Also have never seen defensive holding on an immediate handoff but you can't complain about officiating when the offense sputters like that.
