License Plate - It's Driving Me Nuts (1 Viewer)

A lot of those BMW pricks smugly drive their cars with an air of superiority.
I'd say that applies more to Mercedes.

There are a lot more younger guys driving BMW who just drive like maniacs anyway, but if you want to talk about dooshy people in their 40s+ who should know better, Mercedes beats them all
Child, please.

There's a reason one of the most hackneyed jokes of all time continues to persist:

What's the difference between BMWs and porcupines?
Just because you remember a yuppie joke from the 80s doesn't mean people still use it.

There are no greater entitled drivers on the road than Mercedes drivers. None.

I agree there are a lot of BMW maniacs. Their attitude is "I have the ultimate driving machine and I'm gonna use it". The Mercedes attitude is "Get out of my way, I have the best car"

If you're sitting in the left lane, you should get out of the way regardless of who's behind you.

Not to hijack, but what % of BMW owners:

#1 - know what "BMW" stands for?

#2 - know the meaning behind the emblem?

I'd bump Lexus to to the Audi level and drop the Caddy down to Infinity but otherwise this is a solid list.

Is Hummer a luxury auto? Bentley, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Jaguar, Lambo, Porsche, Maserati, Maybach, McLauren, Pagani, and Rolls all too small for this list?

If you watch Top Gear, you'd know that the stereotype of BMW driver lives on.

#1- Bavarian Motorworks#2 - simulating a rotating airplane propeller.

What do I win?

ETA - Apparently I win nothing because a quick Google search says my 2nd answer is a common myth. :kicksrock:

Save for Jaguar and Porsche, I agree.

Come to Orange County some time, you see all of these a lot. Not enough to make a judgement on driving tendencies but I see at least one from the list every day. Hell, our CEO alternates days between his Rolls and Aston Martin.

Something like a BMW 5 series is an average car. People here are materialistic as hell

Try coming to Long Island. We specialize in self important douchbags and there is no car used more frequently by them than BMW's. It's not even close.

When I see a beemer, I know its going to be an arrogant ####### who believes the entire road is his to own, so #### you everyone else. It's the car of douchebags.

Which sucks because they actually make a great car. Love the handling. But honestly, it's a HUGE mark against them because it would be hard to look myself in the mirror knowing I'm driving the car of the #####.

Where was it that you the plate? Anything else on the car (decal, sticker)?
Harrisburg, PA. Nothing else on the car.
Is that anywhere near Westchester?
Roughly 75 miles west of West Chester.
Pretty stupid to have west in the name when there's stuff that far west of it.
West Chester is outside of Philadelphia, in the east-most part of the state.

While lower on the list of luxury, Id have to say Infiniti owners take the cake on driving like an ###. You might not notice them as much or see them as often, but anytime Im on a highway near a city those ####ing Infiniti drivers drive like their trying to win the Indy 500.
