Couple thoughts. Gay guy (not sure whether or not he's gay, but will call him that to distinguish from other pink shirt guy) probably shouldn't have persisted in videoing or photographing the guy when it was clear that it pissed him off. And he probably should have walked away when drunk guy started engaging with cowboy hat guy. Instead, he walks right up to him to continue the interaction. Not saying gay guy did anything wrong or was to blame, but he didn't do anything to deescalate the situation, IMO.

Why should he have to? Some moron gets in your face and calls you names and such, you just going to walk away and let him get over..More power to the gay guy for standing up.

He didn't stand up though. He just stood there and let other people do the dirty work. Sure the drunk guy was wrong but he appeared to be amused by the whole situation and pursued it when he had the chance to leave. If he'd have walked away when the drunk confronted the cowboy, the third guy probably wouldn't have snapped his ankle.

Snapped ankle is all on the moron.....not the gay guy.

Not so sure about that. At about the :35 mark he walks 15 feet to get back into the mix when he clearly could have just walked away.

This is where you and I differ......The gay guy had no obligation to walk away.

I wonder what led up the the situation. All we see is the start where the gay guy is videoing the drunk. I kind of wonder if the reason the drunk is mad at the gay guy instead of just making a general ### of himself in an airport is because he's getting videotaped. I also wonder if gay guy did anything before the videotaping to infuse himself in the situation. Drunk guy is definitely at fault, but the gay guy might have a bit of blame too.
