My 1.1 (Pick 1) and 6.8 (Pick 58) for 1.2 (Pick 2) and 5.2 (Pick 42).

This guy wants Pujols bad. I can live with Miguel Cabrera and the nice bump getting pick 42 in exchange for my pick 58 overall. Is this a no brainer trade or should I just take Pujols with 1.1?

Pujols on a qwest for contract could be a frightening thing. Talk about a guy wanting to put an exclamation point on a hall of fame career and break Arod's contract record. I'd stand pat personally. If he wants Pujols that bad make it a 4th round for 6th.

Agreed. I would ask for the moon and just see how bad this guy wants it. Ask for a 4th and flip picks further down the draft.

In a 10-team league I'd take one of the elite shortstops #2. In that size league there's enough good 1B for everyone to have one.

I ended up doing it. It is a deep keeper league. I ended up with:Rd 1 CabreraRd 2 KempRd 3 V MartinezRd 4 RiosRd 5 MorneauRd 5 Weeks (the elite talent was gone so maybe I should have held onto 1.1 Pujols)(Keepers were Lincecum, Cliff Lee, Kershaw)
