Standard dynasty PPR.  We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, and 4 flex players.  I've been offered Julio for Corey Davis and Marlon Mack.

My RBs right now are: Zeke, Kamara, Dion Lewis, Alex Collins, Dion Lewis, Jamaal Williams, Mack

My WRs right now are: Davis, Kupp, Agholor, Corey Coleman, Zay Jones, Tyler Lockett

FWIW I have FOUR 1sts and TWO 2nds in this year's rookie draft.

do it, even if Mack turns out to be decent you could use the upgrade at WR and your RB's already are strong, plus Irsay has said the he wants to look at for a RB in next years draft

This is not even close to a thinker.  Hit accept as fast as you can.  Julio is proven and still have a few years of elite production and Mack & Davis are lottery tickets at this point with probably a greater chance of never being impactful.
