Make your controversial call here.

Late last year, I called KC the worst 2 loss team in NFL history, angering many chiefs fans and receiving not a few arguments. To my mind, the record in one score games, point differential, late game luck/ (sometimes heroics) just pointed to a team that to me was more like a 12 win team. I called for Philly to easily win the Super Bowl (another not so popular call). Mahomes is arguably one of the best QBs to play the game, and I love Reid. KC was, to my mind, still a pretty good team....just not a champion quality team.

My (I suspect not well received) call for this year....KC's division winning streak ends. They still make the playoffs, but Denver and LA give them difficulties while they lose a couple one score games. KC is gone by the end of the divisional round. I just don't think they have the horses on offense, lack depth in multiple spots. Mahomes is a magician who will steal a couple wins they might not deserve, but it all catches up and ends in a 11 or 12 W season

QB1 Burrow RB1 CMC WR1 Chase TE1 Kittle

OROY Golden edges out Henderson and Loveland

TE2 Ingram
TE3 Loveland

AFC Championship Bengals over Broncos
NFC Championship Redskins over Eagles
SB Bengals over Redskins

Disclaimers
I never signed off on the Commanders name
Bengals and Redskins predictions don't come to fruition unless Hendrickson and McLaurin are signed.

I wouldn't call anything you wrote here "controversial."

Sure seemed like it in January ;)

Next year's 1st round fantasy drafts will typically see these 12 players taken in some order

Chase, Lamb, London, Amon Ra, McConkey
Bijan, Gibbs, Jeanty, Hampton, Barkley, Henderson
Bowers

Where is Crockey-Merritt??
After scoring 7 TDs in the Super Bowl and becoming the first RB to run for 3000 yards, he will ascend directly to heaven and thus go undrafted in 2026 fantasy football.

I'm calling this:

Jaxson Dart is the Giants starting quarterback on or before week eleven...and...
The Giants make the playoffs as the #7 seed...and...
Upset The Rams in the first round of the playoffs...and...
Upset The Eagles in the second round of the playoffs...and...
Are eliminated from the playoffs by The San Francisco 49ers

Logical:
A. Jones plays like he has for his career and shuts down the Mason will lead the backfield nonsense. We have all seen the movie where the niner RB moves on and does not look the same as they did with Shanny.

Gut call:
Pierce ends up being the RB to own in Houston. Not a reach as he has done it before and the Texans return to the power run scheme like his rookie year.

Bold:
Miller has more rushing yards than Kamara. I believe this "could" happen without injuries or a Kamara trade but Kamara did not look impressive as the year went on and will regress losing the Kubiak run scheme.

Ooh! Are we planting Bold Gut flags?

• London finishes as a top 5 PPR WR, joins the Lamb/JJ tier in the 1st round in 2026 redraft
• CeeDee Lamb, your 2025 WR1
• Russell Wilson, benched by game 6. The Jaxon Dart era begins
• Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers miss the playoffs. ARod & Tomlin get along like breakfast cereal & squid ink.
• Mason Taylor, your 2025 TE10
• Theo Johnson, your 2025 TE9
• Barkley again finishes as the RB1, defying the odds.
• Sam Darnold passes for 3800+ with 32 TD & 12 Int, silencing the doubters & keeping Milroe on the bench into 2026.
• Aidan Hutchinson CPOY+DPOY
• Woody Marks takes on a sizable role and finishes with RB3 numbers, borders on RB2.

One more: Deebo Samuel, your 2025 PPR WR16
:excited:
I’ve recently come around to this one. Excellent value, crazy to think he could’ve fallin off that quick.

Last year he was not only riddled with injuries/illness … he was in a locker room where the head coach clearly didn’t like him.
A WAS (or east coast?) guy on 95.7 today said Deebo has looked exceptional in camp.

IMO he was the Best Buy-low of the offseason. The pneumonia wrecked him.

He came in for a carry in the last preseason game and took it 19 yards. A healthy/happy Deebo with a coach that’ll scheme for him is something to behold. My flag plant might be a little cautious - I could see him outperforming that.

:scared:
