Should I start Marquis Goodwin  who is active after a quadricep strain in what should be a shootout vs KC or Randall Cobb in the rain  vs Redskins

I'd roll with Goodwin. He's their #1 WR, and has a good rapport with Jimmy G. Cobb is likely the #3 option in the passing game, and playing a better defense in the rain.
