I have sent several reminders to this team and have heard "0" words back referring his committment to pay. Today is the pay deadline which does not appear will be met. I couldnt tell you until tomorrow that the team is yours officially though as he does have until midnight to respond.

League has solid owners and the trade activity is active. I would like to replace the team with a high activity level owner, not a casual owner.
