McGahee as a Raven or Bill (1 Viewer)

The Dynasty Rankings Thread has McGahee as the 15th ranked RB. Where would you place him if he was traded to Baltimore? I think I would move him up to #10. With Baltimore's Defense, they should want to pound out the yardage on the ground. I would put him ahead of MJD, Rudi, Addai, and Brown, and possible ahead of Alexander.

Willis has been on the worst offensive team the past 3 years, with no passing game and everyone gunning for him he still put up multiple 1,000 yard seasons there. I think he definitely gets a bump up for sure, but how high remains to be seen.

I think McGahee in Baltimore get at least the same yardage as in Buffalo, if not an uptick. He should easily get more TDs in Baltimore.

I can see a 10-15 ranking.

Reading some Raven message boards, the feeling is this trade willgodown today...a 2nd and a 5th pick going back to Buffalo.

Who is going to be playing QB in Baltimore?
McNair. Nothing new there.
Who is going to be playing QB in Baltimore?
McNair, I assume-is there reason to believe otherwise?
900 yards, 6 TDs. That offense is going to be BAD.
How many games do you have him missing? Lewis put up 1132/9. Willis>Lewis
1 or 2 tops. I simply don't think they are going to be a productive offense.

Those kind of numbers would imply either RBBC, or one of the absolute worst offenses in the league ('06 Oakland/Cleveland bad) for a primary back. Since you say the reason is overall offense and not RBBC, what do you see changing from last year's middle-of-the-pack performance that would lead to such a precipitous drop in overall offense. Do you have inside information on an Ogden retirement? An Injury Magic 8 ball? Am I underestimating the importance of Tony F'n Pashos and Ovie Mughelli? I'm not saying it isn't possible, I just would like to hear your rationale.

As a Mcgahee owner I think I would prefer the Titans as a team coming up rather than the Ravens. They seem to be getting old fast. And I do not think Lendale would pose any threat to his playing time.

I certainly think he would. In my mind it isn't even close -- BAL is a much better situation for him getting workhorse carries.

how is the Titans line? The prospect of running against Houston/Indy 2 times a year sounds good.

To each his own. Seems like they would be bringing in a 6 228 back when they have Lendale on the roster already at that same size (or so) and he really did not have any impact on TH. Not sure why that would change. If it did and he was ready they wouldn't bring in WM.

Getting better. Roos has come a long, Mawae has been solid, the rest are average. However, Scaife has shown to be a good blocking tight end, Arhmad Hall is a good FB, and the presence of Young will no doubt open a few things too.
