Found this from Feb after the Super Bowl. Looks like TO began making the "you don't get tired" statements then:

Monday, Feb. 7, 2005Eagles WR Terrell Owens, who caught nine passes for 122 yards just seven weeks after suffering a severe leg injury, quoted in The New York Times about not letting anything faze him on Sunday: "I played as many plays as I could, as many plays as the coach called. The coach allowed me to get on the field and he called my number. When he calls your play, you have to be on the field. I played, no matter what. You don't get tired on this stage."
