Meachem vs. Garcon vs. Wallace (1 Viewer)

Pierre Garcon

Robert Meachem

Mike Wallace

All three of them are big play guys.

Who has a better overall season by these 3 categories:

Yards

YPC

TDS

In my league i get ranked through rotisserie style scoring:

So YPR count as one category and therefore are very important.

Are any of them going to out produce the other two by a landslide? Projections?

Thanks!

in other words if at that point in the draft i need an actual starter i go wallace if i need depth i take maechem and if i think my team is weak and i need to gamble to stay up with the big boys i take garcon

All I say is I love when people draft Meachem..

Wallace would win this easily if Ben wasn't dropped 4

Wallace- Yds winner. close TD with Pierre

Garcon- Rec winner Toss up TD with Wallace

Meachem-He gets YPR

I'm assuming thats sarcasm. What if Meachem is the clear cut number 2? He really showed many flashes. In my league i get ranked through rotisserie style scoring:

I see Meachem getting close to 16.5 YPR and the rest of the two get like 14.3 YPR.

i would go garcon wallace meachem.

something to keep in mind is from the first game in 09 wallace has consistently gotten behind the defense. ben underthrew him a lot last year. same thing is happening this year in the preseason. he ends up 3-5 yds past the last DB and has to wait on the ball. could be huge in big-play leagues if they get that timing down. perhaps a desean jax type season awaits.

i think people are way too high on meachem this year, though he does have talent and is in a great passing offense.

Garcon is #1. Wallace is behind by a little. Meachum should not even be in the discussion unless Lance Moore gets hurt again

Actually I was being very serious. I would have no confidence starting Meachem as WR 3 and hoping this will be the game he catches a 50 yder and a couple down and outs. Way to inconsistent for me. There is no clear cut 2 on the Saints

I think it's Garcon and I don't think it's very close. I don't know why people are against extremely polished starting receivers who have Peyton Manning as their quarterback.

I love Wallace and think with Ben he will be a solid WR but Garcon is starting and single covered with Manning throwing. Sad thing is Collie or Agonz should be starting as both are better WR's than Garcon - Garcon is just fast. All that said I take Garcon based on starting with Peyton. Long term I take Wallace in a heart beat as Wallace is a much better talent. Meachem - hard to judge sometime he looks like a big upside guy and sometimes like a HS flunkie.

I have a theory on this. I think there are too many people that like the scrappy, underdog Collie/Gonzo guys, and are rooting for them hard, so are underrating Garcon. But I like Wallace too. But I ain't gonna feel good about starting him until week 6. That's a long time to wait.Meacham? Too many mouths to feed.

I don't get the "too many mouths to feed" when it comes to Meachem, but yet in Indy there is Wayne, Clark, Collie, Gonzo, Addai.
