Looking for a little advice here, so thanks in advance for any ideas, help, and good jokes. The situation:
I received my monthly Explanation Of Benefits from CareFirst, my supplemental health insurance carrier. Medicare is my primary provider. There are 4 fraudulent claims on the EOB from FLEXCARE MEDICAL SOLUTIONS INC, FOR "MEDICAL SUPPLIES", on the 4 following dates: 7/24/25, 8/22/25, 9/24/25, and 10/24/25. Each claim is for an amount of $2430.00. The EOB says "other insurance" paid $1905.12 for 3 of the 4 claims. I assume "other insurance" is Medicare. ---- I RECEIVED NO MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM FLEXCARE MEDICAL SOLUTIONS INC. on those dates or any other dates. CareFirst says I'm responsible for the full $2430.00 on the claim they did not pay and Medicare did not pay.
I have received no bill from FLEXCARE MEDICAL SOLUTIONS INC., and my statements from Medicare have not shown these charges yet.
There are 2 recent Google reviews of this company which each report fraudulent billing for medical supplies within the last week.

Scammer .. sent a 7000 bill to Medicare ., thru my account . I have never heard of this company . Please check your Medicare online account . Medicare Fraud was reported.
---------------------------------------------------------
I have already contacted:
- Medicare, since they appear to have paid a good chunk of 3 of the claims and will want their money back.
- CareFirst, since they paid part of them as well.
- Internet Crime Complaint Center (part of the FBI I believe)
- DHHS Office of the Inspector General
- Federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.ftc.gov)
I'm waiting for one or more of those entities to contact me back, and I realize it may take awhile. Obviously I'm not going to pay for what was not provided and don't want my credit damaged, but I'm interested in getting someone to investigate and (if appropriate) prosecute these people. I do NOT like being used to perpetuate a fraud.
What else should I be doing? There was no option on any of the reporting forms for "sleep with their wives".
Thanks.
