From reports from pittsburgh he has not missed a step. I think he turns into a decent flex.
Timeshare? With who? All backups are proven to be just that and we see now why mendy had been getting like 90 percent of rb touches every game.
Haley likes his rbs involved in passing game and mendy is great at that but ariens never called it or had outlet dumpoffs
When was the last time you saw a report that a player coming back from injury looked slow and a shell of his former self? Don't read into the fluff. While Redman has not looked good this year, remember that he was more effective than Mendenhall last year on a per carry basis. The blocking has been poor this year. That could be line or scheme. Either way, Mendenhall will fall victim to it just as the others have.
You must own Redman. So easy to point out which guys own which players.People said the exact same stuff about ADP, while Mendy is not ADP, he is a good back and will be their best back even after injury. How bout this, you dont buy into the old fluff about the rep of ACL injuries.
Technology has changed, this is not the ACL injuries of old.
Wamp Wamp.So easy to tell which people think they are smarter than they are!
Did not draft Redman in a single league (so not only do I not own him, but I've never owned him). I simply just don't think technology has somehow enhanced human regenerative capabilities to the point where a guy is the same as he was in less than a year after a major ACL injury.
As I've stated in other threads, ADP is much more likely the exception than the rule. So one RB comes back and looks good (not great) in
one game and everyone thinks "OH! TECHNOLOGY MUST BE BETTER!". Hey, I'll be the first to admit that lightning could strike twice, but I wouldn't bet on it like some people seem to be doing.
People are also discounting how bad the run blocking has been. The line looks worse in this new offensive scheme than it did last year when a healthy Mendenhall put up a solid -wait for it-
