The commish needs to make "Free Agents" available in order for the league to see them.
Currently, the "Display NFL Free Agents on Fantasy Free Agent Lists?" option on your For Commissioners > Setup > Appearance Setup > Other Appearance Settings page is set to "No" - changing this option to "Yes" will force the system to show you NFL free agent players in our player database.
