Ministry of Pain

Let's get this ### kicking over with, sure the Phins will be motivated in the middle of all these talks for some savior to rescue them from this awful start.

Go!

I'm pulling for Tua to just have a solid game today. Kid has had to endure a nightmare of rumors for weeks and months, how could anyone do well feeling like nobody wants them?

I hated the play call on 2nd and 9...Gesicki in motion up and down the line and then just sits on the sideline and isn't even in the play, no receivers open.

3rd and long, he tossed it up the sidelines, Parker makes a great catch between two defenders, he was not open.

That is the kind of start that is infuriating play calling. A slow swing pass behind the line of scrimmage and then a run.

Best case you are looking at 3rd and short. Why start the game so conservative!?

Buffalo was offsides on 3rd and 3 but Tua did manage to get losse from a pretty big blitz and was able to find Waddle who made some nifty moves to pick up a FD

Sanders misses a gimme FG and Tua gets nothing for putting together a decent opening drive.

Tua managed to find Parker up the sideline but overall his passes have been very dangerous and he's lucky he wasn't picked off on the miscommunication with Parker in the middle of that drive.

Gaskin is running well but he is getting help from the Center and 2 Guards so far.

Tua has looked like he's under pressure almost every pass he tries to drop back, maybe that's not correct but he hasn't had a lot of time IMHO.

Sanders has missed more in 2021, 7-11, than in all of 2020, 36-39.

I get that we're trying to set up the run for better balance, more credible play-action, etc. but it feels like this playcalling just results in letting weaker teams hang around.

Miami typically does not put B2B Drives together and the last one counts as a Drive getting within FG range, usually they punt pretty fast on the ensuing drive. Something I have been noticing all season long.

Parker getting open in the middle, Gaskin and the runs IMO are allowing for the field to open up for the receivers so far.

Eichenburg false start now an extra 5 yds on first.

Dolphins managed to get into Buffalo territory but have been going in the wrong direction since

3rd and Forever coming...dump off pass to Waddle, he will shake n bake for a great looking 10 yds and come up woefully short of a first down.

75% chance the Bills score a TD on this next drive, this is the 3rd time Allen will take the field and Tua has put up no points on his 2 drives.

Miami needed to start strong and get a TD in the 1st Q, that did not happen.

Ugh... Hate that play call on 3rd down if you aren't going for it on 4th. Should have spread the field and ran Allen off-tackle.

If I told you that the Bills had a bad QB and were trying to keep the ball out of his hands as much as possible, what evidence in this game would contradict that theory?

Gaskin manages to find 22 yds on 3rd and long as he breaks tackles and what a run. he has to be close to 50 total yds on the day. No more Brown who went on IR, Gaskin is starting to drift into a weekly Top 15-20 play.

Tua is now 10 of 18 in the 1st aHalf, just over 50%

Booth commented on his accuracy and I really have to laugh, I certainly don't see what others are watching.

He throws into double and triple coverage, it's a miracle he hasn't been intercepted yet today.

Buffalo has been outcoached on both sides of the ball and getting killed in the trenches on both sides of the ball. On virtually every play it feels like Miami has Buffalo surprised and unprepared.
