Which side of the trade would you rather have?  .5 PPR Keeper w/no penalty for keeping

In a vacuum. 

I'm the current owner of Ridley, but probably dealing him for Michel as I have other WRs (including 2 rooks in Sutton & Smith) and light on RBs with only Kamara, Duke and Carson

I usually always lean towards RB if they are fairly similar level of player.  It's easier to replace WR talent than RB talent.
