I’m not sure that the powers that be at Fox News, MSNBC or CNN want to control and shape how people think about news events so much as they want to shape the stories to feed into their core viewers’ existing biases in order to attract and maintain viewership. Same ballpark for sure but a slightly different take. 

This is an excellent point and accurate I’d say.  Though I do believe this path still ultimately leads to controlling how people think about the news events.

There's a lot to disparage about Rittenhouse and his choices that night. Some of those criticism and outrage are probably more than fair.

However there is nothing that exists for MSNBC to make the leap that Rittenhouse is in lock step to what America conceives as a "school shooter"

This is what establishment Democrats want when they deploy MSNBC to try to control what the average American "thinks". To send the message that poor white Christian rural Americans will try to kill you if they can. They'll just execute you in public and on plain sight.

Many of you here are Caucasian. And many of you here have sons. Is this how you'd want your son to be labeled by MSNBC across the entire country without any ethical view of actual character or meritocracy or context?

To try to remove the power of the poor rural Christian white voting block, many of you now have sons that will be seen as immediate public threats via the national daily media narrative, through activists like MSNBC, boiled down to "That's Our Job". Do know when this kind of media strategy was previously used in recorded human history? When the Nazis decided to line up people against a wall for the crime of being Jewish.

Many of the radical leftists here are going to dogmatically protect their "political tribe" at all costs, against all practical reason, even when that "tribe" clearly is going to bracket their children as future high value targets for this insane identity politics fueled agenda.

Abraham bringing Issac to the altar was a cautionary tale, not a dogmatic woke blueprint.

Authoritarian regimes always begin by turning the screws on the demographic most likely to resist the widespread use of an oppressive police state. In this case, it's white males. MSNBC, the folks who write Brzezinski's paychecks and give her a platform for her zealotry, wants to control how the American public "thinks" about the dangers of white males as future Columbine style mass shooters.

Many of you are white males. Many of you have sons who are white males.

Rittenhouse is and was an idiot. But he was not an active shooter. Shooting someone in a horizontal position was debunked. Flashing a white power sign was debunked. And MSNBC refused to air the defense's closing statements.

They certainly didn't cover the extensive criminal records of the two men that Rittenhouse shot. And they didn't cover the prosecutors leveraging witnesses to change their statements.

But what is the larger question in regards to "That's Our Job"? What happens to the person who can't raise millions of dollars for their legal defense fund when the radical left puts the full weight of all their resources, including MSNBC, Mika Brzezinski and all the rest, to bear against them?

That's "Their Job", to rob due process away from American citizens. Just because Rittenhouse is a complete and total idiot doesn't automatically make him a criminal. And it doesn't remove his right to actual due process.

This all become aggressively political and a trial of Conservative/Republican ideology when Biden went national in showing a clip of Kyle Rittenhouse in late 2020 and mentioning Kenosha to push the idea that poor white rural Christian Americans are all racists and a threat to the safety of Black America and the harbinger of death to all American values. Biden used Kyle Rittenhouse's face, alongside MSNBC's narrative, to try to pin widespread white supremacy on the GOP because establishment Democrats have zero leverage and control with poor white rural Christian voters.

But for the left leaning activist complicit propaganda driving MSM like MSNBC, that's "Their Job" - To put unpopular political ideology on trial. And yet no one wants to talk about due process here. Where Biden and Harris both weighed in on the Derek Chauvin case before the jury rendered a verdict and said they prayed for a conviction. And with this case, where inciting videos like this were designed to trigger jurors or zealots to bracket down on jurors to compel them to vote "Guilty" or suffer direct consequences.

And I'm just highlighting just one high profile case. And beyond Rittenhouse, how has MSNBC, the people who write Brzezinski's paycheck, been covering issues like gun control, immigration, inflation, the Border Crisis, national security, abortion, rising gasoline prices, the environment, education, health care and on and on and on.
