Didn't somebody else do this once? Larry Walker, maybe? Some guys are clutch. Some guys are chokers. Then, there are those guys that are consistently...WTF?
I definitely have seen that happen somewhere. Maybe Walker. But, for whatever reason, I don't recall the game situation being so dicey as this one with MB.ETA: Yeah, when he was with the Expos. They lost 1-7 v. DodgersFrom FOX's Best Damn Top 50 Sports Blunders44. Larry Walker Ball Night (4/24/94)Expos outfielder Larry Walker made a catch near the right field foul line, and thinking it was the last out of the inning he handed the ball to a young fan in the stands. However there were only two outs and the blunder allowed the Dodgers' Jose Offerman to advance to third base.Didn't somebody else do this once? Larry Walker, maybe? Some guys are clutch. There is something seriously wrong with this guy. He said a week or so ago that he was good everywhere except Chicago. Because of that, Chicago is the problem he was bad last year. Not him. Guy has some serious issues.Bradley was interviewed on ESPN today and this quote made me stop in my tracks:"I never got hate mail...........I got it in L.A., I got it in Cleveland, and I got it in Chicago. But I never got it anywhere else."
Yeah, he never got it anywhere else. Like Boise. He never got it in Boise. And Des Moines.Bradley was interviewed on ESPN today and this quote made me stop in my tracks:"I never got hate mail...........I got it in L.A., I got it in Cleveland, and I got it in Chicago. Yet here I am getting ready to roster him (again). There arent many OFs with his potential that can be had in the endgame.Your Mom said:There is something seriously wrong with this guy. And to think that he didn't fit in at Wrigley......This guy could make a guest appearance on Tool Academy

or maybe we expect a little more effort for $10 millionI don't have a link, but I heard that he said that as a black athlete, the cities of Chicago and Oakland were not welcoming to him. Basically saying the fans of Chicago and Oakland are racist.
Yeah, Chicago never embraced Jordan, Payton, Pippen, Rodman, Singletary, Dawson, Banks, Williams, Frank Thomas, Derrick Rose, Billy Williams, Fergie Jenkins among others.Milton, they weren't racists. They just thought you sucked, which you do.I don't have a link, but I heard that he said that as a black athlete, the cities of Chicago and Oakland were not welcoming to him. i think he meant that chicago fans wont embrace a high priced black athlete unless they produce like ernie banks and dawson....well thats what i got out of something similar i heard him say....Yeah, Chicago never embraced Jordan, Payton, Pippen, Rodman, Singletary, Dawson, Banks, Williams, Frank Thomas, Derrick Rose, Billy Williams, Fergie Jenkins among others.Milton, they weren't racists. They won't embrace any highly paid player who's a bum. Just as Todd Hundley or Rick Mirer. Last time I checked, they were both white and were booed out of town. Bradley never should've gotten the contract the Cubs gave him. His numbers didn't warrant it. He had a big 2008 but other than that, he ok, nothing great. And his 2008 numbers were accomplished in a great hitters park (Texas).i think he meant that chicago fans wont embrace a high priced black athlete unless they produce like ernie banks and dawson....well thats what i got out of something similar i heard him say....Yeah, Chicago never embraced Jordan, Payton, Pippen, Rodman, Singletary, Dawson, Banks, Williams, Frank Thomas, Derrick Rose, Billy Williams, Fergie Jenkins among others.Milton, they weren't racists.
