Minnesota at Detroit (1 Viewer)

How has DET never been able to fix their run game? Stafford has 119 career starts and has had a RB go over 100+ yards on the ground 7 times. Unreal.

Tate sort of let up on the route too. I'd like to see that again. Either way, Lions playcalling is just awful for the most part.
No the throw wasn't there. He didn't let up until he saw how overthrown it was.

I have a feeling tests will reveal that Stafford has a pretty serious injury.

The Lions are just not good enough for trick plays.
Caldwell with yet another loss to an above .500 team.  He found the perfect city to hide, steal $ from an NFL franchise with mediocre coaching and keep a HC gig.

Kneeling time.

I guess as a Lions fan I'd rather have the Vikes beat CAR & ATL to help our chances.

Classic Lions. Everything was aligned in the division for them to finally take the next step but it will be another season down the drain.

Congrats Vikings. I have no idea how your team is 9-2.

Det should have gone for it on 4th down on that second to last drive.   I think it was only 2 or 3 yds.  Why try to rely on your defense when your defense is unreliable? Adurrrfpherfur

Kind of the reverse of last week. Feeling comfortable in the first half until the last 34 seconds lets the Lions get back in the game. Then a nerve wracking second half.

A wins a win and I do think this was one of the most difficult games left on the Vikings schedule.

Good luck moving forward Lions. I hope other teams are not able to figure out what the Lions are doing to the Vikings running game.

Basically good defense and Keenum being good enough to avoid the pass rush and deliver the ball to some good receivers.

The offensive line has played really well also, but not so much in this game.

Hopefully the one positive to come out of this, Martha and Quinn finally get rid of Caldwell this off season

Yeah they are just a really well balanced team. I keep trying to find flaws and they just keep winning. They also won both games against the NFC South while the Lions lost all 3.
The only flaw is their special teams. They really suck there and it could cost them in a tight playoff game.

Had keenum starting up until this morning. Over thought it, thinking the traveling QB on a short week might not be a safe start.

Mariota better not let me down again.

Will be rooting for you guys to make a deep run. There are no super teams this year, you have as good a shot as anyone. I think you have the best coach in the division.

Thank you @BobbyLayne it has been fun and I hope the Vikings can keep it going.

Realistically though I don't really believe Keenum is good enough although everything else might be.

I will be happy to be wrong. But its the Vikings,

If they can win the next two games also, maybe I will get my hopes up for postseason success.
