Minnesota WRs (1 Viewer)

I mentioned it in the Peter King thread, but I like Sidney Rice. I realize he's a rookie, but he's looked very good to me so far as a pro. Maybe not this week, but I think it's just a matter of time (sooner rather than later at that) before he's the guy there. Problem is I don't know that that will translate into huge FF numbers given the Vike's offense, but I think he could be a useful cog.

Explode isn't the phrase I would use. But I think one of their WR's will finish the year with 6-8 TD's. I'd like to think that it's going to be Rice, but he hasn't shown me anything yet.

Williamson should be able to get behind the DET secondary at least once - - - - but the issue is #1 Will Tavaris Jackson see him, and #2 - Will Tavaris Jackson get it there, and #3 - Will Williamson catch it?

Even if Jackson still struggles to find Williamson deep I can see Williamson getting better RAC opportunities in this game.

I think it's more likely a Minnesota WR literally explodes than it is for him to figuratively do so.

after being very high on williamson at the beginning of last year and watching him for the first 4 games or so...i can, with all certainty say the answer to #3 is NO

I remember some thought that Williamson would step in for Moss and the Vikings would not miss a beat. Not calling anyone out but...

 The Lions have the worst secondary in the history of professional football, but I don't really see one Minny WR having an especially great day. I think this game will be Adrian Peterson, all day.

I think it will be Wade. He is the possession WR and he was very effective in Pre-season. Alot of people are underestimating TJax. He still has a lot of growing to do, especially on the deep ball, but he is better than most people think.

I still say it is going to be Williamson surprising by the end of the year. At some point they will have to throw the ball and he will be the beneficiary. Rice will be the #2 by years end and Wade a solid #3 WR (for the team, not for fantasy purposes).
