Why? Buffalo can’t string together a drive and running has worked. I can’t think of anything more spirit breaking to ruin a team for the rest of the season than do what the Patriots are doing. There can’t be anything more disheartening than having to play a team that has already proven that they can choose to just manhandle you and there’s literally nothing you can do about it.

Horse collar tackles are in the realm of "It's simple, just don't do it". Much like running 5 yards upfield just to taunt in a dude's face. Doesn't stop people from doing it though.
