I only rememer one, but I stand by the fact that this is called a ton, and only small percentage of the times it results in an injury. So small that it's basically the same as any leg level tackle.

All horse collar talk! There was a rash of them one season, they banned it the following off season. Roy Williams did it frequently and it always seemed like a ##### move to me. 

It’s called a lot because it’s an easy penalty to see I think.
