Wow Mike,Mike and Mike make Gumbel,Kornheiser and Theismann sound like a Hall Of Fame crew. I think I may have to watch this game with the sound off. :pokey:

I could puke......

Classic signs of 3 guys who get to announce one game a year and are so hyped about it that they overdo it in every way.

And is it just me are their microphones incredibly loud, especially greenburg's! They are constantly talking over one another.

We want to watch a football game not a bunch of announcing "one-uppers"

Seriously, somebody shoot me!

Getting Mike and Mike and Mike for one game isn't a big deal to me. I do wish ESPN would realize that you don't need gimmicks when it comes to the booth (or Sunday Countdown for that matter).

I loved the booth with Jaws and Vermeil a couple of years ago (was Hammond the play by play?).

Don't get the Tirico hate. Love PTI, but hate Kornheiser in the booth.

This is brutal to listen to. Miss Teen South Carolina and The Boom Goes the Dynamite kid think these guys suck.

not the best crew, but head and shoulders better than tirico, kornheiser, and jaws... they're just commenting on the game rather than trying to overanalyze everything, imo.. so much easier to listen to..

Kornholer is awful and doesnt belong anywhere near a live broadcast. Jaws, meh. Tirico is solid at PBP though. Mike, the guy doing PBP for this game is embarrassingly bad. Has he ever done PBP before? It doesnt sound like it.

Tirico's not particularly good at doing all the play-by-play stuff he's supposed to do. He editorializes. He's still reading guys' yahoo profiles in the 4th quarter. I realize it's not all his fault though - It's designed to sound exactly this way I'm sure.

I actually enjoy these 3 for this one game. I wouldn't be able to take them all year, but I like the lack of polish for this one game. It would help a bit if the Raiders weren't as generally inept on both sides of the ball as they are, but oh well.

Constantly talking over each other. They could be coached. Greeny should be play by play guy, Golic and Ditka should take turns explaining what greeny just said. And stop all the oohs and ahhs with every play; "ohh he caught it, nope he dopped it!"

I don't mind Mike cubed, but I absolutely can not stand Kornheiser. His main schtick seems to be trying to antagonize Jaws by saying "Do you think about goin' for it here Jaws?" and the like. He's also hopeless about pounding the same storyline into the ground repeatedly until I want to drive to Bristol and shiv him myself. WE UNDERSTAND Aaron Rodgers has big shoes to fill. Keep your mouth and your non existent knowledge base on PTI.

That was the best crew i've heard on a MNF game in a long time. Too bad Vermeil would never do it full time. Oh well, the good part of tonight is that there's no way i'm going to bother with the 2nd half

at least tirico and jaws caught on to that in the 2nd half and tried not to let him talk about Favre anymore... he does it all the time though.

Left BW3 after the start of the game and tried to listen to the Westwood One broadcast on Sirius Radio as I drove back to my hotel. Denny Green is horrific; sounds like Tone Loc after a night of blunts and Southern Comfort.

Kept waiting for him to bust out "they like to do the WILD THING" or "Funky Cold Medina"
