**MNF Game 2 - Chargers at Raiders**(+4, 46.5) 10:05 (1 Viewer)

Future MVP Justin Herbert right there.
Glad I waited on QB & got him.. He looks great thus far this year!!

I took him as my "backup", after Trevor Lawrence, Drake Maye, Jordan Love, Bryce Young, and Caleb Williams were picked ahead of him in my draft. Figured for a #2 he'd be as serviceable as any of those guys. I'm getting great return on my 12th round pick.
Nice - Who is your other QB..

If I had the slightest thought Greg Roman and John Harbaugh, literally to co-architects of #EstablishIt, would suddenly turn into proponents of Air Coryell, I might have passed on Hampton.

Lame FG. Keep running Hampton and try to get him a TD. Worst case the Raiders have the ball inside their own 2.
The next FG makes it a 3 possession lead. Assuming the Raiders remain inept on offense.

I'm sure analytics say to go for the TD regardless.

Definitely a "what might have been" had they not lost their All-Pro LT in the preseason.
Yeah, dynasty-wise I still like Hampton long-term.

Redraft notsomuch.

As a Herbert shareholder
:pickle:
I still think Hampton can hit high-end RB2 numbers, he's just off to a slow start. Like all rookies who aren't McMillan, Egbuka, or Warren.

Baker Mayfield, with JJ McCarthy as my last-round Mr Irrelevant :ROFLMAO:

“I think you give it to your rook twice and see if you can get it”

Raiders do nothing but throw.

“I like the play call.”

Wut

Again, these are the guys who thought the end-of-half two-minute-drill was "an important time to establish the running game before going into halftime".
As much as some people hate him, announce crews like this really make me appreciate Collinsworth

I draw the line at Joe Buck. Buck makes crew sound downright eloquent.

I just cannot stand how Buck starts a call then doesn't know the result of the play and just stalls. And all his calls are just guys' names. "Baker throws it.... ... Evans... .... ... and... ... .... it... ... (we all see the ref signaling TD)... is..... a... ... (spotter finally tells him it's a TD)... .. touchdown!"

19 plays. About 50 yards. 11 minutes. Kick a FG that leaves you down 11. I’m sorry, but WTF Chip?
Can’t believe they kicked a FG there.

It's Pete! I told everybody who would listen that you just don't embrace new ways of looking at things or solving problems with that level of success in the given field and at his age. He's still going to punt 4th-and-1 from the 50. Sorry. That's Pete.
